Decision under section 11A(1)(a) of the Electricity Act 1989 to make a licence modification for the Caithness Moray project under the Strategic Wider Works arrangements

To implement our decision, we propose to modify SHE Transmission’s electricity transmission licence by inserting the SWW Output and Allowed Expenditure adjustment for the project into Special Condition 6I (Specification of Baseline Wider Works Outputs and Strategic Wider works Outputs and Assessment of Allowed Expenditure).
