Modification to Special Condition 1 of the Independent Gas Transporters’ Licence

On 31 January we published a statutory consultation on changes to the Independent Gas Transporters (IGTs) Special Condition 1 which governs their relative price control.  After reviewing responses and discussion with parties we have decided to make the changes as set out in the statutory consultation. This is our modification decision and reasons notice for our decision, this will take effect on 4 July 2014.
