The Switching Programme has recently baselined two products – the E2E Detailed Design Model and the E2E Data Architecture and Data Governance (the data model). Both products are captured in a Design Repository Tool (ABACUS) which is available for review at the link below.

The products set out the step-by step processes involved in the execution of a customer switch along with the data that needs to be transferred between the various parties. Stakeholders are invited to provide comments on these products by 23 November to the Switching Programme In-Box (switchingprogramme@ofgem.gov.uk) with ‘E2E Product Comments’ as the Subject Title. The Orientation slides will help with the navigation of the tool.
