Following our statutory consultation on 11 December 2015 we have decided to modify the existing disapplication conditions of the Independent Gas Transporter and Independent Distribution Network Operator licences. We are making these licence changes to make the disapplication procedure consistent with the changes to the Electricity Act 1989 and the Gas Act 1986 introduced by the Electricity and Gas (Internal Markets) Regulations 2011.
