In May 2018, we received nine Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) submissions for the LNCF STR from the six DNO groups (i.e. ENWL, NPg, WPD, UKPN, SPEN and SSEN). An Expert Panel reviewed these submissions against the Discretionary Reward Criteria as set out in the LCNF Governance Document (version 7). This letter sets out our decision on the financial reward based on the recommendation of the Expert Panel.
