Ofgem’s decision to assign Transmission System Operator (TSO) obligations under the Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/1485 of 2 August 2017 establishing a guideline on electricity transmission system operation (SOGL) within GB.
As part of the implementation of the SOGL Regulation in GB, Ofgem has been in the process of assigning TSO obligations to GB TSOs. The links to the decision can now be found below. The documents setting out this decision are:
