CMP254 sought to introduce provisions into the Connection and Use of System Code (CUSC) which will allow a Supplier to instruct the System Operator (SO) to de-energise a transmission-connected Non-Embedded Customer, thereby allowing the Supplier to exercise its statutory right under the Electricity Act 1989. We approved the CMP254 WACM3 option on 11 March 2016.
