For TR5, Ofgem has consolidated a number of guidance documents into the new Tender Process Guidance Document, to streamline and simplify information about the OFTO tender process. The consolidated Tender Process Guidance Document includes the following documents from previous tender rounds: the Tender Rules, the Process to Close, Cost Recovery Note, and Transfer Agreement Guidance.
