The Regulatory Instructions and Guidance (RIGs) set out the requirements, instructions and guidance for DCC in their submission of their second Business Plan in the forward-looking “ex ante” Price Control.
This second version of the RIGs is published ahead of the Licensee’s submission of the Price Control Information for the second ex-ante Price Control Period (commencing 1 April 2028), due no later than 31 July 2027. It includes a number of targeted amendments to the RIGs sheets and associated guidance following Ofgem’s assessment of the Licensee’s December 2025 Business Plan and Price Control Information submission for the first “ex-ante” Price Control Period.
