Consultation on the administration of the Renewables Obligation ‘Enabling financial decisions’ grace period

This consultation document is for operators of generating stations in England, Wales and Scotland using offshore wind, advanced conversion technologies (ACT) (standard and advanced gasification and pyrolysis) and dedicated biomass with CHP. It is for those that may apply for the 'enabling financial decisions' grace period introduced by the RO Closure Order 2014 and wish to provide feedback on the application process. This document explains our proposed application process which we welcome feedback on by 28 July 2014.
