BIOMA Fuel Measurement and Sampling (FMS) Questionnaire

A questionnaire to be completed by applicants proposing to use the BIOMA method to determine the biogenic content of their fuel(s). This document should be completed alongside the relevant RO or CCL FMS Questionnaire.
