Requesting a Statutory Review
If we’ve made any decision for the Green Gas Support Scheme (GGSS) that you think is incorrect (eg, rejecting your application) you can request a statutory review.
To start the statutory review process, the Authorised Signatory must send an email to Feedback@ofgem.gov.uk. In it the Authorised Signatory must specify:
- The decision you wish to be reviewed
- Provide the reasons why the decision should be reviewed (please provide as much detail as possible)
- Provide us with evidence to support the request, such as relevant supporting documents/information and a chronology of important dates, which we will take into consideration during the review process.
We can only accept review requests from the Authorised User’s email account.
A statutory review and all supporting evidence must be submitted within 28 days of the decision being made by Ofgem.
