The Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy have published the response to their Warm Home Discount Scheme (WHD) 2018/19 consultation.
This sets out a number of changes for the forthcoming scheme year (2018/19) as well as further changes to the scheme until 2020 to 2021.
