Decision on urgency for the Connection and Use of System Code modification proposal CMP448: ‘Introducing a Progression Commitment Fee (PCF) to the Gate 2 Connections Queue'. We have agreed with the Panel's view that CMP448 satisfies Ofgem's urgency criteria and should be treated as an urgent code modification. 

This decision is in response to the request for urgency.
