North West Wales (PTC1 and PTNO) – Early Construction Funding and modification to the special condition 3.41 of the electricity transmission licence

This Decision sets out our final position regarding Early Construction Funding (ECF) for the North West Wales project (PTC1 and PTNO) under the Accelerated Strategic Transmission Investment (ASTI) re-opener and our proposed modification to Appendix 1 within Special Condition (SpC) 3.41 'Accelerated strategic transmission investment Re-opener and Price Control Deliverable term (ASTIRt)'.
