We published a statutory consultation on 26 March 2024 setting out proposals to amend the Gas Transporter Licence held by the Gas Distribution Networks (GDNs). The licence modification consultation closed on 23 April 2024 and we have published the non-confidential responses alongside this decision.
This decision document confirms our decision to proceed with our proposal and to amend Special Condition 3.20 of the Licence.
