Decision on a proposal to modify Special Condition 3.20 of the Gas Transporter Licence held by the Gas Distribution Networks

We are proposing to modify Special Condition 3.20 (Diversions and Loss of Development Claims DIVt) of the Gas Transporter licence held by Cadent Gas Limited, Northern Gas Networks Limited, Scotland Gas Networks plc, Southern Gas Networks plc and Wales and West Utilities Limited. This is to align the licence scope with the original policy intent and accommodate additional options and clarifications under which licensees may apply for re-opener funding.

Any representations with respect to the proposed licence modifications must be made on or before 23 April 2024.
