Decision on modifications to the Regulatory Financial Performance Reporting (RFPR) template and Regulatory Instructions and Guidance (RIGs) for RIIO-2

On 1 April 2022, the Authority issued a Notice proposing modifications to the RFPR template and the accompanying RIGs for Gas and Electricity Transmission networks, Gas Distribution networks and the Electricity System Operator.
We are now publishing the modified versions of the RFPR template and RIGs, following the receipt of stakeholder feedback on the Notice. These modifications are made for the purpose of clarifying the reporting requirements for network licensees and will take effect from 01 June 2022. For the avoidance of doubt, annual reporting information submitted in respect of the 2021/22 regulatory year should comply with the RFPR template and RIGs, as modified.
The RFPR RIGs is tracked to show the location of modifications relative to previously published versions.
