On 24 April 2026, Nemo Link Ltd (NLL) submitted modified Access Rules for the Nemo Link interconnector to the Authority for approval. The Access Rules set out the terms and conditions for access to, and including use of, the interconnector. We have decided to approve the modified Access Rules on the basis that the below proposed modifications to the Access Rules better achieve the relevant objectives as required under Nemo Link’s Electricity Interconnector Licence. The relevant directions approving the modified Access Rules can be found in Annex 1 of the letter on this page.
