Aikengall II Community Wind Company Limited - Notice of Grant of an Electricity Generation Licence

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY GENERATION LICENCE

The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 12 November 2014 an electricity generation licence was granted under section 6(1)(a) of the Act to Aikengall II Community Wind Company Limited (company number SC457920) whose registered office is situated at Caledonian Exchange, 19A Canning Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8HE, United Kingdom, authorising it to generate electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1A (attached) for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises in the area specified in Schedule 1B.
