Statutory consultation on a proposal to modify Special Condition 1A of the gas transporter licences held by the Gas Distribution Network operators

We are consulting on a proposal to modify Special Condition 1A (Restriction of revenue in respect of the Distribution Network Transportation Activity: definitions) of the gas transporter licences held by the Gas Distribution Network operators. 

We propose to amend the definition of ‘Workbook’ in SpC 1A.4 so that it refers to the recently amended Workbooks, contained in Schedule 2: Appendix to Special Condition 4H – Specification of Network Outputs, as published by the Authority on 20 December 2018.
