Alongside our ESO RIIO-2 Statutory Licence Drafting Consultation we are also consulting on proposed modifications to a number of Associated Documents. These are documents created under the licence conditions that supplement those conditions and are subordinate to them.
We would like your views on our proposed modifications to the ESO Roles Guidance. The proposed modifications provide updated guidance to complement the ESO’s RIIO-2 price control design and would take effect from 1 April 2021.
We welcome responses on any aspect of our proposed new version of the ESO Roles Guidance document and in particular whether the you agree with the performance expectations we have outlined for the activities and outcomes the ESO should deliver under each of its Roles.
