Decision:
In August 2023 we published a policy consultation setting out our initial proposals to revise the licence condition requiring submission of a Consolidated Segmental Statement (CSS). We are now consulting on our final proposals. This document sets out the modifications to the licence conditions we are proposing.
We would welcome any responses to the proposed changes as part of this consultation by 12 January 2024.
Subject to reviewing responses to this consultation, we expect to publish our licence modification decision notices in early 2024. Any licence changes would take effect 56 days after publishing the decision notices.
