Decision:
This statutory consultation seeks views from interested parties on our proposed modifications to special condition 3J (Transmission Investment for Renewable Generation - TIRG) of the electricity transmission licence. Our proposed change corrects the calculation of the post-construction allowed incentive revenues for each project covered by the TIRG arrangements.
