Decision:
Notice relating to a modified set of gas transmission regulatory instructions and guidance (RIGs) and reporting templates for 2014/15 annual reporting. (Notice under paragraph 10 of Standard Special Condition A40 (Regulatory Instructions and Guidance) (“SSC A40”) of the Gas Transporter Licence granted to the Licensees under section 7 of the Gas Act 1986)
We are consulting on the proposed modification of the gas transmission RIGs and reporting templates for 2014/15 annual reporting.
Subject to any representations, we propose to modify the RIGS in a direction on or after 28 April 2015.
