One of the key inputs into this work is a detailed understanding of which aspects of quality of service and other outputs are valued by consumers, the relative priorities placed on different outputs and consumers willingness to pay for improvements.Ofgem has appointed Accent Marketing and Research to carry out a programme of customer research in this area.
