We are seeking views on the associated guidance document for the new RIIO Gas Transmission (RIIO-GT3) crossover licence condition 3.28.
Consultation description
This guidance document will set out the scope of coverage of adjustments to allowances, the general principles for GT2/GT3 crossover adjustments, the approach to determining GT2/GT3 crossover adjustments and the process Ofgem will follow for making adjustments under the GT2/GT3 crossover mechanism.
This associated document is in addition to the associated documents consulted upon alongside the RIIO-3 licences.
