We are seeking views from stakeholders on the proposal submitted by all Nominated Electricity Market Operators for a plan that sets out how they will jointly set up and perform the Market Coupling Operator Functions (the MCO Plan), as required by Article 7.3 of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1222 establishing a guideline on Capacity Allocation and Congestion Management (CACM).
