Consultation on correcting typographical errors, inconsistencies and minor inaccuracies in Gas Distribution, Gas Transmission and Electricity Transmission licences and Price Control Financial Instruments to improve clarity and consistency.

Consultation description 

This statutory consultation sets out proposed changes, corrections to errors and housekeeping to the licence conditions required to implement the RIIO-3 price control settlement for the transmission companies and gas distribution networks. This includes changes to the Special Conditions as well as some of the Standard Special Conditions.

We welcome responses from: 

  • Transmission network operators 
  • Gas distribution network operators 
  • National Energy System Operator (NESO) 
  • Anyone with an interest in the RIIO-3 Price Control
