Non-Domestic: Small and Medium User Group

The Small and Medium User Group (SMUG) is a working group we hold regularly with small and medium business consumers of gas and electricity.

We use the group to discuss and capture views across a wide range of issues from a business consumer perspective. This helps to inform our decision making and the creation of robust regulatory policy.

The meetings follow a round-table format, and include representatives from small and medium sized firms or from trade organisations. All members can table agenda items.

On this page you can view activities and access materials and outputs relevant to the group.
