Qualitative user research with electric vehicle drivers

In October 2020, we undertook a number of remote research interviews with electric vehicle drivers. The purpose of this work was to understand, as a first step, the user needs and experiences associated with driving an electric vehicle.
This research is part of our broader work to understand how Ofgem can enable the behaviour changes needed by consumers to support the transition to net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050.
