Waters Wye Associates - Capacity Market Rules CP166

This proposals seeks to introduce a new role in the Rules for a 'Prequalification Agent'. This proposal would enable the 'Prequalification Agent' to act on behalf of more than one Applicant during Prequalification only, and would involve amendments to Chapters 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 7 of the Rules. Currently, the Rules prohibit Agents from acting on behalf of more than one Applicant.
