UK Power Reserve - Capacity Market Rules CP160

This proposal from UK Power Reserve seeks to clarify the definition of ‘Legal Right’ to minimise the risk of different interpretations by Applicants. It would also make additions to Rules 3.7.1 and 4.7.1 to specify that the Legal Right to land should be for a time period equal to or greater than the duration of the Capacity Agreement. In addition, it would require applicants to provide documentary evidence of a Legal Right.
