Decision:
We are introducing the Transmission Constraint Licence Condition as a new permanent licence condition to the generation licence, as Standard Licence Condition 20A.
This new licence condition comes into effect from 16 July 2017, the day after the existing Standard Licence Condition 20 is due to expire.
