This consultation relates to the potential extension of the Transmission Constraint Licence Condition (TCLC). Ofgem is reviewing the impact of TCLC and the options around the future of the licence condition and the need for a similar licence condition after 2017.
We invited interested parties to a workshop on 3 May 2016 at Ofgem offices to gather views on TCLC.
