This proposal from SSE proposes the addition of a new provision within Rule 3.5 (Determining the Connection Capacity of a Generating CMU). This would, at prequalification, introduce the ability for any CMU without a Capacity Agreement for the relevant Delivery Year to make a permanent adjustment to the Connection Capacity of a CMU in future Delivery Years.
