Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 18 February 2025 a gas supply licence was granted under section 7A(1) of the Act to Smart Pay Energy Ltd (company number 10971782) whose registered office is situated at Floor 10 (North West), One Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5AB, authorising it to supply gas to any non-domestic premises situated in Great Britain. A copy of this licence is available from Ofgem’s Electronic Public Register or by email at licensing@ofgem.gov.uk
