Notice under Section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 of the grant of an electricity supply licence
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 18 February 2025 an electricity supply licence was granted under section 6(1)(d) of the Act to Smart Pay Energy Ltd (company number 10971782) whose registered office is situated at Floor 10 (North West), One Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5AB, United Kingdom, authorising it to supply electricity to any non-domestic premises in the area specified in Schedule 1 (below).
