This proposal from Scottish Power would make an addition to rule 7.4.1(a) to require the Delivery Body to include the ‘Technology Class’ of each CMU on the Capacity Market Register. The proposal would also amend Schedule 3 by splitting up the 'OCGT and reciprocating engines' class into four separate classes.
