Scottish Power - Capacity Market Rules change proposal 1

This submission proposes to change the definition of 'Qualifying Capital Expenditure' under Rule 1.2, removing the reference to 1 May 2012 and instead referencing the relevant T-4 Auction Prequalification Window.
