Scottish and Southern Energy plc (SSE) announced its agreement to acquire from AEP Energy Services UL Ltd the Ferrybridge and Fiddler’s Ferry power stations as well as associated coal stock (1.6 m tonnes) and contracts to supply fuel to power stations.
