Notice under Section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 of the grant of an electricity supply licence
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 14 February 2025 an electricity supply licence was granted under section 6(1)(d) of the Act to Scorpia Energy Supply Limited (company number 12665145) whose registered office is situated at Connect House 133-137 Alexandra Road, Wimbledon, London, England, SW19 7JY authorising it to supply electricity to any (non-domestic and domestic) premises in the area specified in Schedule 1 (below).

where: Renewable Energy Zone has the meaning given by section 84(4) of the Energy Act 2004.
