RWE - Capacity Market Rules CP174

This proposal seeks to amend Rule 7.7.1 to clarify how factual inaccuracies on the Register may be amended - who may request, and with regard to what CMU. The proposal specifically seeks to allow the Register to be amended for Prequalified CMUs, and not only Capacity Committed CMUs.
