RWE - Capacity Market Rules CP170

This proposal seeks to amend Rule 4.5.1 so that where a decision is made not to Prequalfy a CMU following the Prequalification Assessment Window, the Delivery Body provides detailed information in the Prequalification Decision notice as to why the decision has been made.
