This proposal from RWE would amend Schedule 3 so that Wind and Solar are included as Generating Technology Classes, enabling de-rating factors to be published for these technologies. This would enable Solar and Wind CMUs to participate in the Capacity Market and allow them to be taken into account when assessing the connection capacity at shared connections.
