RWE - Capacity Market Rules CP152

This proposal from RWE would amend Rule 3.5.5 to extend the option of using Transmission Entry Capacity (TEC) in the calculation of a unit’s Connection Capacity to Distribution CMUs which hold TEC. In particular, it would amend the definition of 'STEC' for Distribution CMUs so that it refers to the lower of Maximum Export Capacity and, where applicable, TEC.
