RWE - Capacity Market Rules CP151

This proposal from RWE would amend Rule 3.5.4, which details the method by which Existing CMU Applicants can use historical output to determine Connection Capacities, so that it takes account of aggregated CMUs. In particular, the three Settlement Periods used to determine a unit’s Average Highest Output would be determined at the Generating Unit level rather than the CMU level.
