This proposal from RWE would remove the requirement on Applicants to submit De-rating Factors and Anticipanted De-rated Capacity. As the De-rating Factors are automatically calculated by the Delivery Body's Portal, RWE believes that the Rule imposes an unnecessary prequalification condition on Applicants.
