Proposed Directions to fund SGN's LTS Futures project

We are consulting on our proposed Directions to give effect to our decision to fund SGN's LTS Future project through the RIIO-2 Net Zero Pre-Construction Work and Small Project Re-opener.
We are proposing two Directions in order to implement our decision:
- Schedule 1 is our proposed Direction to SGN, in accordance with Special Condition 3.9.10 of SGN's Gas Transporter licence. This direction sets out the approved funding for the project, the funding conditions and notifications and other project deliverables.
- Schedule 2 is our proposed Direction to NGGT, in accordance with Special Condition 6.1 of NGGT's Gas Transporter licence. This sets out the associated adjustments to be made to NGGT's pass-through items. In particular, it provides for the payments to be made by the Licensee to SGN for the Project.
We would like your views on the wording our of proposed Directions and invite representations on or before 24 March 2022. We’ll then publish the final text of the directions.
