This letter is our informal consultation on a possible modification to Standard Licence Condition 30 (Regulatory Accounts) of the Gas Transporter Licence. This condition applies to independent gas transporters (IGTs) and the proposed modification is intended to simplify reporting requirements and improve transparency. The proposal includes minor consequential changes to other conditions which apply to all gas transporters.
Responses should be made on or before January 16th 2015.
